Easyinvite is an online platform that allows you to send invitations, reminders, questionnaires, and photo books for events. When you create an account or organize an event, we collect the following data: name and email address of the organizer, names and email addresses of invited guests, event details such as date, location, and event type, responses to questionnaires and RSVP replies, and uploaded photos in the photo book. Additionally, we collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information for the operation and security of our service.
We process your personal data for the following purposes: creating and managing your account, sending invitations and reminders to your guests, processing RSVP responses and questionnaires, offering AI-powered features such as text suggestions, processing payments and credit purchases, and improving our services.
